Return Policy
At Chezley Designs, every piece is handmade with care, creativity, and a bit of chaos. I want you to love your new art as much as I loved making it! If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

Returns & Exchanges: I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of custom and one-of-a-kind items, I can’t accept returns on custom orders or sale items.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right!

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to my error or a damaged item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
